Uncomfortable silence - why do we need to fill the space with words in order to be comfortable. That's when you know you've found somebody special when you can shut the hell up and comfortably share silence.

I am..
Tenacious - Once I bite my teeth into something, I'll not let it go.
Humane - I cry when I see pain or suffering - the real kind not the one caused when you can't buy Jimmy Choos or because you're not rich or privileged enough.
Adventurous: I want to try anything that won't kill me
Lacking morality: as in traditional sense of the word.

Most of us settle in and settle for what we have. Rather than pursue what we want, we accept what we have. Our lives become a long series of passivity. We undervalue ourselves and consider ourselves as wage slaves, we pine for better lives but live vicariously through television or movies.
These corners we paint ourselves into, it's no way to live. There's no adventure, no passion, no hunger for change. But we were not like this always. Remember the relentless optimism we once had. The goals we wanted to achieve before settling in? Those goals are still there...we just have to find them...a little gumption.
You can be all things you want to be...things this world needs you to be. It requires a little courage and faith - both of which we can muster. It reuiures effort. But this effortless life isn't as satisfying as it seems to be.
Declare war on passivity. Hush that inner voice that insists you're over the hill, past your prime, unworthy of attaining your dreams. Disbelief is now the enemy, as is the notion of settling. Get hungry - hyena hungry. Get fired up. Find your backbone and your wings. Flap 'em. It's the only way you can fly.
